A screenprint for the Wool Gathering exhibition at the Peanut Gallery, Edinburgh.

Woolgathering (noun): Indulgence in aimless thought or dreamy imagining.

My screenprint is inspired by listening to music at the Jazz Bar in Edinburgh and finding myself drifting of into a daydream. I visited the Jazz Bar several times to draw the musicians which has inspired the imagery for this print. I imagine a young girl finding a trumpet and dreaming about being in an orchestra when she's older.
